International Cabernet Day!

Originating in Bordeaux, where it is commonly used for blending, Cabernet Sauvignon has become one of the most widely grown grape varieties in the world. Full-bodied, with high tannins, and black current notes, this versatile wine has outstanding aging abilities as well as pairing possibilities.
